New to barre? Don’t worry its never too late to start! Join us for our beginner series and learn everything you need to know about the workout. We take the time in these classes to explain the positions and give modifications specialized just for you!
These classes tale place 3 times a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00PM and Saturdays at 9:45AM.
