That smile! This barre beauty always has a smile on her face, always in a good mood, and positive about everything. She is a selfless person; always doing everything in her power to make brides’ wedding day perfect. Many of us would get caught up in our work, but I love that Natalie takes the time out of her day to take care of herself. She understands that taken care of her self help her be a better person to be able to help others. If you don’t know Natalie you need to get to know her. She is the sweetest person, and I even would love to go to the other bar with this young lady. Read here about her experience at Barre + Beyond.
1. When did you first start coming to Barre + Beyond( Mind Over Matter Method Barre Classes)?
In late April my first asked me to join her for a lunch express class, she had been going for a few months before. I had been following B+B on social media for quite some time and just needed the push to go!
2. What got your hooked on Mind Over Matter Method Classes?
The atmosphere here! This is a group of woman who are supporting one another! You feel welcomed here. Plus, all the instructors- you can tell they want to help you achieve your goals.
3. Have you seen changes in your physique?
Yes! I’m back in clothes I haven’t been able to wear in months, years. I am stronger too! My job is pretty physical and I’ve noticed how much easier it is for me to carry items, or carry more than I’m used too. 🙂
4. How often do you take class?
I try to go atleast four times a week but it does become difficult with my schedule. Luckily, there are so many classes to go to that I can make it happen even on the toughest days!
5. Have you ever taken barre class before Barre + Beyond?
I have. They were good, but limited classes with huge groups of ladies in them meant you weren’t getting the instruction you needed. It just wasn’t the right fit.
6. Do you have any goals set for yourself in class?
Always! My planks on my elbows are my weakest- so I’m always trying to push more on those. Some days I win, some days I don’t.
7. What would you tell someone that is hesitant to try a class?
Come! Don’t be scared- this is the most welcoming gym/workout environment. Everyone is here to make sure we all succeed. Classes are always fun too, which makes working out even more enjoyable! Where else can you laugh while getting stronger and leaner?
I love this girl!! She is so real, so honest and so hard working. Thank you for sharing barre love with all your friends!
