Dear Barre Beauties,

Our theme for November is to Take care of You so you can take care of others. I was flying quite a bit this month and heard over and over, “please put your mask on first before helping your children”. It makes sense. When we are feeling the best, we are more productive at work, more patient at home and just happier. So with this season approaching where we will be giving thanks, giving to others, let’s take a moment to remember to thank your own body and take care of it. Through the schedules, remind yourself that you feel better when you take class. See below for all the fun we have in store for you this month.

RAISE THE BARRE

Fall Challenge

You can still join us!!

This is a personal challenge for you to set goals and reach them. Here is how it works:

1. Purchase the Raise the Barre Fall Challenge + become a VIP.

2. Grab a Barre (a painted black stick)

3. On one side, write your name and your goal (3, 4 or 5+ classes a week)

4. On the other side, draw three lines, splitting your barre into fourths; one fourth for each week.

5. Every class gets a sticker!

FRIENDLY REMINDER

Barre + Beyond Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation is made less than 2 hours prior to class, a single class will be taken out of your package. If you have a monthly unlimited package, $18 will be charged to your account or $9 for VIPS. Thank you for your understanding.

Barre + Beyond Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation is made less than two hours prior to class, a single session will be taken our of your package per child. If you have a monthly unlimited package $6 will be charged to your account per child.

Studio Policies:

Shoes are not permitted during workout, unless medically necessary.
Socks are required; grippy socks are preferred.
Please arrive on time. It is not safe to join class without the proper warm-up.
Please check in at the front desk upon arrival.
We prefer if you sign up online to speed up the check-in process.
Please inform your instructor of any physical limitations you may have prior to class.
Proper attire required: long pants or capris, shirt or tank.
Please avoid leaving class early. If you need to leave early, kindly let the instructor know prior to class.

MUNCHKIN CARE

BIG NEWS!!! We are adding 8:30 Childcare Tuesdays and Thursdays in November and even more for winter! Stay tuned!

1. We have updated our polices to now include families with 4 children. Bring all 4 so you can enjoy one hour to yourself.

2. Please sign up for munchkin care so we can make sure we are appropriately staffed.

3. With our new Themes per week, our goal is to engage your child no matter the age. Check social media for the theme each week.
