  • Please arrive on time. It is not safe to join class without the proper warm-up.
  • Please sign up online to speed up the check-in process + receive your link
  • Please inform your instructor of any physical limitations you may have prior to class.
  • Proper attire required:  long pants or capris, shirt or tank.
  • Please avoid leaving class early. If you need to leave early, kindly let the instructor know prior to class.

Tips for a Great Class

Sign up ahead of time so your instructor knows you’re coming!

Come properly fueled and hydrated prior to class. Please bring water with you to class.

Exercise at your own pace – if the exercise becomes too strenuous, take a break.

Ask your instructor for modifications after class.

Remember…this is your hour to “Be Your Better Self” and make changes!!
