Blah Blah Blah

Blah blah blah blah… This might be what your dog is thinking when you tell him about your day.  Or maybe it was your baby is thinking when you sing her a little song. Perhaps, it is what your better half is thinking when you tell him about the honey-do list. Or maybe what your teenage daughter is thinking when you are giving a lecture about appropriate wardrobes. Well, today, we are not talking about all those blah blah moments. We are talking about blah blah moments that you should have more of! The moments that you need to tune out the negativity; push out the jealous thoughts and delete anything that makes you feel bad.  Raising two girls,  I am sensitive to their environment. I want my girls to be strong and confident and not worry about what other people say or do; tp be who they are. The truth is this confidence is something to instill in them now so they can carry it forward into their adulthood. Because as adults, as women, there is too much out there that could keep us from moving forward and being ourselves. We may have something from childhood that keeps  us from being confident in who we are. Or maybe it is this new social media stuff that is starting to tear on our insides as we compare ourselves to others, or perhaps it is just the wear and tear of daily life struggles that is giving us an internal struggle.  So today, and moving forward, I want you to take these words and say them out loud; “Blah Blah Blah”. Don’t worry about comparing to the Jones’. Don’t worry about what other people are doing. Don’t worry about what other people are saying. Worry about yourself!  You are the most important person there is. Without you, this world will not be where it is. No matter how you feel, remember that you are beautiful; You are strong; You got this; You are going places. Whenever you may feel anything that is pulling you down…say it,…”Blah Blah Blah” and keep doing what you know is right…and remember what is right for you may not be right for everyone! Do what is good for you.
Let’s do these things so that we can focus on positive and stop worrying about the little things.

So know that you will have a daily reminder to ignore the negative every time you do our NEW warmup these next 3 months. These net 3 months, we will be saying blah blah blah and our goal for you is to FOCUS on you when you are in our studio. It’s your workout, your hour. Your time. Blah Blah Blah to anything else that is keeping you from being you.
