Cheers to the Right Choices at the Barre + Beyond
“Kids are always welcome for meetings, it is how we can be efficient, be an example to them and give each other grace while being a business owner. If you are ok with it, then I am too. 🙂 “
This is from another like-minded business owner that I have been trying to set up some time to meet with. When she wrote back in an email that not only Liza was welcome in our meeting but also why, it made me think back to why I do what i do. We have choices every day and I choose to be a wife, a mother and a business owner. Life is wild but I love it and it is my choice. I choose this lifestyle for me, my family and my community. As women we are always role models, for other women, for our daughters, other little girls and our friends. As a business owner, I am always on stage but I want you to know that I am also human. I too make mistakes. It’s OK to make mistakes but it is how mistakes are handled and how you make those choices after those mistakes.
As adults we have more choices every day. We have more choices in our shopping with different brands and different stores. We have choices in our education with more schools and expansion in programming. We have personal choices, like the choices in what we do in our spare time, what we eat, what we say and how we treat each other.
“Today, I want you to make a good choice not only for yourself but for those around you.”
Do something for yourself and realize that doing that for yourself only sets that positive example for others. You are loved by all of the people around you; the mothers and fathers, the daughters and sons, brothers and sisters, the neighbors and even those that you just met and said hello to. Without you in this world, the world not be the same. So make the right choice today to make sure that you are still around for all the people that need you. You are needed more than you think. I challenge you to make all the right choices every day with what you eat, with what you do and with what you say. Let’s be on a mission to make the right choice and if we falter, just to get back up and join in on the right foot again.
