Congrats to these Barre Beauties- Faith, Helena, Elle, Gretchen, Sarah and Elle.
“Today I will Love Myself enough to Exercise!”
This is our quote on the our bulletin board. (Thank you Pinterest and Kelly for finding it). Do you love yourself? Are you striving to be your better self every day? Do you put your health and wellness at the top of your list everyday? Or do you make excuses? Work, family, life gets in the way of working out. I get it. But show your family that eating right and exercise is important. We can make all the excuses, but we all know that exercise makes us feel better. It makes us stronger mentally. It shows that you respect your body and your life. So on that note, I want to take the time to talk about these individuals that recently made our 100, 250 and 500 Club, i.e. 100, 250 and 500 classes. I am so proud of these Barre Beauties these past few weeks!
Faith Bennett has surpassed 500 Classes at Barre + Beyond now. She is a “regular” meaning 3, 4 or 5 times a week. She makes it part of her routine. Over the summer, her 2 boys would also come to play in the munchkin care room. In the Bennett family, eating right and exercise is a priority, and she is the best role model for her children. Faith is an extremely hard worker in class; focused and determined. I see how she pushes herself everyday and it makes me so proud. As her gift from Barre + Beyond and the team, she received a gold bracelet with 500 Club inscribed on it. She joins Melanie Nekola and Julie Bombacino in this exclusive Club. 500 Classes down and 500 more to go!! So proud of you Faith!
Helena McDonald had reached 250 Club back in June but only now received her 250 Club Exclusive black bag (sorry for the delay). I love Helena; always smiling, always working hard, always trying to make it happen. She drives a long distance now from the Michigan City area, and no flat tire, traffic, construction or any excuse in the book, will keep Helena from coming to Barre + Beyond. Her dedication to her health has only shown her beautiful girls how important exercise truly is. We love you Helena and looking forward to 250 more classes!
Elle Donavan has been our youngest, most dedicated high school student (now new Freshman in college). We miss her already, but I know that if she shows the commitment, drive and dedication that she has shown to herself through Barre, then she will succeed in college and in life. With 250 Classes taken over the past year; early mornings, evenings, weekends, I hope we can find other high school students with that dedication who will join our barre family. Congrats Elle and looking forward to you coming back to visit us at the barre on your breaks!
Gretchen VerSchure has been with us at Barre + Beyond since the beginning. As a gymnast growing up, she was thrilled to find a workout that will keep her active. Being active, staying healthy and true to her body has always been on the forefront of her lifestyle. Gretchen brings her girls to Belle at the Barre whenever possible. Gretchen is a perfect role model for them; always smiling and laughing, having fun while exercising. Gretchen keeps us on our toes so I thank you for keeping the spirits high and light. 250 Classes down and looking forward to 250 more!
Sarah Bancroft came to us about a year ago and in that time has completed 100 classes. In between her work schedule and family life, she makes it happen. She is proud of her results physically but most importantly we are proud of her commitment. Thank you for coming to the barre whenever it fits, even early morning doubling up with a 9:45 class. Wow! You have shown that anyone can make it happen even with a busy lifestyle. You deserve all the good things that you have achieved. 100 Classes and looking forward to 100 more!
Last but not least, I am so proud of Elle Hook. A busy mother, successful business owner, and dear friend, this Barre Beauty is a prime example of what it means to be Barre Strong. Despite her busy schedule, she always makes it happen. Even 49 traffic, a long drive from Michigan City, and a busy business, Elle makes coming to class a priority. She is showing her beautiful girls how important it is to exercise and live life to the fullest. Elle, thank you for teaching me to always have my makeup in the car, a smile on my face, and a good attitude. Thank you for your dedication! We love you Elle. Looking forward to 100 more classes!
To al these ladies and to all the other barre beauties out there, keep working hard, keep striving, keep your spirits high and take care of yourselves enough to exercise every day.
