Essential Oils-
Do you ever associate a certain scent with feelings of happiness, positivity, or energy? Well, we hear all the hype about natural remedies and essential oils. I came across Young Living Essential Oils at a neighbors house a few months ago. When we read Young Living website, we read that oils can stimulate your senses and can create that type of effect, leaving your mind and body rejuvenated. As much as we all would like to deny the fact that cold and flu season is right around the corner, it doesn’t hurt to give essential oils a try. Here are a few of my favorites:
Eucalyptus oil is a great way to clear your sinuses and boost your immune system. I will always swear by Eucalyptus oil because it is also wonderful for massaging muscles after a tough burn at the barre. If you need a little extra help focusing and boosting alertness throughout the day, try the Lemon Essential Oil which is also great for lifting your spirits. After a long week in the studio or a hard day at work, an Ortho Sport Massage Oil is perfect for soothing muscles that may feel tight. Try calming the mind and relieving stress with Lavender Oil to wake up with a fresh start. There are many benefits of using essential oils. Young Living Essential Oils will even create a regimen suited to your needs for an overall healthier mind and body.
After our Barre-Yoga Fusion workshop, we will have a Young Living Essential Oils representative in the studio explaining more about all the benefits of essential oils. $22/workshop.
