January 2017 Newsletter

Welcome 2017! A new year but why a “New” you? This is the year to BE YOU! I want you to realize that YOU are special- BE Strong – BE Positive – BE happy – BE YOU. In 2017, this is the year to be who you are and be a little better you at the barre and beyond. Yes, “Be Your Better Self”. Set your goals to challenge yourself and make “it” as in “being you” happen. It may not start exactly on the 1st but you can start when it works for you (perhaps our Beginner Barre workshops or our BE YOU Event on Sunday the 8th). Just ask yourself before you say “yes” to another task, or “yes” to another playdate or “yes” to another  project at work or “yes” to (fill in the blank);  “Does this work for me?” If is doesn’t, say no or find another way to make it work. Realize it’s about you this year. When YOU are “good” then, we can do a better job taking care of others. Start with you. Strong Body = Strong Mind.

So I also want to take this beginning of a new year to thank YOU for being YOU. My team around me is truly the best; each individual is amazing  with unique strengths and personalities.  Together we have a built a safe and open environment for women to gather and “BE”. And to all the women that found a love of Barre, I thank you for your support. This is a dream of mine and YOU make it true. Keep being YOU and I thank YOU and I love YOU!
