Just GO!
Spring is officially here, and while the weather hasn’t quite caught up yet, there’s still the sense of spring in the air.
After a long cold winter, there’s nothing more important in the springtime than getting up and just GOING.
“Just GO”
Going where? You don’t have to go anywhere!
By “Just go” I mean shake out those cobwebs that have built up all winter, stretch out your muscles, get your heart beating and just GO!! Go running, go walking, go to a M.O.M.s class (do all three when M.O.M.s on the Go starts! Keep an eye here for updates!) just get moving.
