So we are in our first week with our new schedule and the feedback has been awesome. As a small business, change is difficult but as it is written in Spencer Johnson’s Who Moved My Cheese, “the one constant in life is change”.  Someone asked how I decided to make this change and I rattled off a few reasons. But here
