I was invited to speak at The Chesterton Porter Rotary yesterday. I spoke about “Melding the Best Together”;  barre is a fusion of ballet, Pilates and Stretch. At Barre + Beyond, we have melded together a special network of strong, empowered women.  And slowly, I am working on melding together our beautiful community of businesses to build a stronger one.
