Tips for your Trip from Barre Instructors
Sculpt for Spring Bingo Challenge is coming to a close. You worked hard, sculpted your body from head to toe. You challenged yourself to add one more class to your schedule, or maybe you challenged yourself to take a different class that is out of your comfort zone. You made a commitment to yourself these past 3 weeks and I am proud of you for putting aside everything that life throws at you and making that time to take a barre class. Now, with spring break here, don’t lose all that you worked for. Stay on track. Here is a short video with clips from our instructors on how to stay on track while on vacation.
But I have ONE MORE PIECE OF ADVICE FOR YOU…
Take one minute to get into your MIND OVER MATTER MINUTE PLANK!! Yes, get out that timer, and get into your best plank. Pull your shoulder blades back and down, lengthen through your chest and heart, pull your toes over your heels and tighten your thighs. Lastly, inhale and exhale to pull your abdominals in and breathe in the beautiful parts of life and exhale deeply. You got it! Enjoy Your vacation and see you Back at the Barre for another 3 weeks of Barre Bingo!!
