Client Spotlight: Claire Higgins

 This month’s Client Spotlight here at M.O.M.s Method is Claire Higgins. Claire has been dedicated to  M.O.M.s since she started in February 2014.  She took an amazing 80 classes in our 3 month long Burn at the Barre summer challenge, and says she now feels the most toned she ever has!  Claire also took part in our first Share M.O.M.s Love Team event at the Kelly’s Cure 5K Run/Walk along with her husband. Claire’s beautiful smile and dedicated hard work  at the barre is a fixture in the studio, and we’re so happy to share her M.O.M.s story with you!

 

When did you first start taking M.O.M.s Method Classes?

I started taking classes in the end of February

What got you “hooked” on M.O.M.s Method Classes?

I feel like it’s a very effective workout for your core, back, everything like that- and you definitely feel really challenged doing it. M.O.M.s is also been a really positive great community. It’s been great getting to know different people in the area since we just moved here last year.

Have you seen changes in your physique?

Yes, I definitely see a lot more definition and I feel stronger, and I’ve noticed it even makes running easier. And my husband and friends have noticed the results too, in a leaner physique!

How often do you take class?

5 times a week

Have you ever taken a barre class before M.O.M.s?

Not before, I actually never had heard of barre classes before, so I just saw the signs for M.O.M.s Method and decided to give it a try.

Do you have any goals set for yourself in class?

Just keep going and continue to get stronger. And eventually to be able to do the full splits!

What makes M.O.M.s Method special for you?

It such a positive, good class and community, and the instructors are very positive and really push you. A lot of people might be intimidated by a group exercise class, but M.O.M.s is so supportive, and you can really see the results. I feel the most toned that I have, I think M.O.M.s is a really great way to get a leaner physique and really tone your muscles and it was only about a month or two after I started taking classes when I started seeing results!

Thank you so much Claire- you are an amazing person inside and out, and the dedication you have for your health and the mental strength you have to keep going through even the best thigh burn is amazing! Class just wouldn’t be the same without you so keep up the great work and being your better self !
