The secret to a long, lean physique

At M.O.M.s Method we are always striving for that long sculpted physique. If you are too, then  read on because we’re about to share the biggest secret on how to achieve that M.O.M.s Method body! (It’s a secret, but don’t worry, we won’t even be mad if you share it with your friends, trust me, when they see the results, they’ll thank you!)

M.O.M.s #1 secret to achieving those beautiful long limbs we all secretly dream of is also one of the easiest, and most overlooked, things you can do. Our secret is stretching!

Yes, that’s it! That’s all. So what are some of these seemingly magical benefits of stretching? Here are our three favorite!

M.O.M.s Stretching Secrets:

stretch

1) Stretching improves circulation and blood flow to your muscles. Good blood circulation is essential to a healthy body and brain, and not only helps to build your muscles but also improves the health of your vital organs and overall health!

2) Stretching increases mobility in your joints. According the research from the mayo clinic, this can “improve your performance in physical activities or decrease your risk of injuries by helping your joints move through their full range of motion and enabling your muscles to work most effectively.” Sounds good to us!

3) Stretching elongates your muscles. Muscles tend to shorten through workouts and from disuse. During workouts, muscles contract repeatedly to increase tension. Long periods of inactivity, especially sitting, also causes muscles to shorten, which results in a loss of flexibility. Stretching counteract both of these and creates the long lean muscles you want.

Every M.O.M.s class includes two sections of stretching, but if you want more, keep an eye open for an exciting workshop coming October 1st. More details to come, but we promise you’ll love it!

Lots of M.O.M.s Love,

The Team
