Client Spotlight- Jeanne
Let me start that I am long overdue on congratulating this barre beauty on reaching 500 club! Yes, Jeanne set a goal to reach 500 Club and did it! And let me add, the first thing she said was, “And I am not stopping here!” That’s right Jeanne! We love your commitment to your health and wellness. This is a lifestyle and something you can do for life! But what I really love is that you are always a ray of sunshine. You always look at the positive side of everything. Your outlook on life is one to admire, and I can tell you that you are a role model for so many. You and Ken were one of the first couples we met here in NWI, and I love that you have been a part of our studio for almost three years. You always work so hard; you make it happen in your schedule, whether it is putting two classes in at a time, evenings, mornings or whenever you can fit it in. But also, I have to tell you, I love you as a friend too! We love hearing your stories about your travel adventures, upcoming plans, your family outings, and more. Thank you for bringing yourself to me and our community of women. We are lucky to have you!!
To everyone out there wanting to make a change for 2020, this is the lady to look up to! I asked Jeanne a few questions and here is what she had to say about her time with us;
“It’s an honor to be spotlighted! Thanks so much! So I started taking barre classes in May, 2017. I never had tried it before, although I had been swimming and using personal trainers. What I love about barre is the comprehensive workout it gives to all major muscle groups. You work your abs, your arms, your glutes and thighs and calves, back, seat and feet to the point of exhaustion in beginner and then on up to mixed level. The instructors bring in cardio and balance too. No workout is the same. The level of professionalism is high. I enjoy all the other women I workout out with, not to mention the fun contests and cool fitness apparel. I heard about the whole 30 diet at barre and have been at it for two and one half weeks. I am already noticing I feel less inflammation and resistance in my deep stretches. My pants are looser too. My goal is to continue with that and get to 2 barre classes 3 times a week while walking a 5K three times a week. I have found barre to be a really comfortable fitness challenge for me and I recommend it all the time to everyone.”
Again, congratulations Jeanne! We are so proud of you!
As Always, Sharing Barre Love,
Orlee
