We love you whether you are brand new and we don’t know, or you have been with us before. We’ll give you a hug and know that we are excited to have you back. No questions. No explanations. No need to worry.
- Don’t be shy. Ok, if you are shy by nature, fine. We’ll do all the talking. You’ll come in, slip your shoes off, fill out a waiver, grab some weights and find a spot. Don’t be shy. Just come. We welcome you.
