FAQ-When will I see results?

It’s a very “frequent”, “FAQ-frequently asked question”.  You have set the big goal to change this summer. You are ready. But now you want to know, “how often should take a M.O.M.s class in order to see results”? We suggest clients take a M.O.M.s Method class 3–5 times per week to see the most dramatic change in their figure, the results they seek and be able to maintain the long lean physique.  The more often you come to class, the better & more compounded results you will see. Studies have shown that calorie expenditure is directly related to the percent of lean muscle mass in your body, therefore the more lean muscle mass you build, the more calories you will burn in class and beyond. That long lean physique will keep you burning all day long!

But coming to class is not everything. Remember to pair M.O.M.s Method exercise routine with a healthy diet and you will absolutely see results. 3 M.O.M.s Classes

+ 1 class to increase the heart rate such as  Interval or M.O.M.s on the Go

+ 1 Stretch Class or Pilates to lengthen those muscles!
