Dear BARRE BEAUTIES;

Happy February!! I am very excited about what we have in store for you this month. Our Build it By Barre Program II starts today – and we are building, adding and customizing our program for you! Every week has new workouts, classes, and routines, and on top of that, this month we have added that extra cardio element! Your challenge is to take 15 classes in 21 days!! Yes, 5 classes a week. Let’s build a habit of fitness daily, moving daily, and mindfulness daily. On top of that, we are adding a fundraising goal because we’re not only building up our cardiovascular health through the program, we are building our awareness through American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign. We ask each of you to set your goals for the challenge and fundraise through social media for the American Heart Association and the Go Red for Women campaign. I think many don’t realize the importance of knowing the signs of heart attacks and heart disease in women. As women, let’s build awareness, build strength and make a change not only for yourself but for your loved ones. On top of our regular schedule, we are adding pop-ups, and these are going to be ways for you to drop-in and make a difference.  How you ask? The answer is two fold-  We made an internal change.  We, as a group of instructors, a group of women empowering other women, we are now structured more as a “collective”-  our instructors are working for you, inspired by you and will create classes just for you! It also means that as you come to a class, you now know that you are supporting, yes, financially supporting your favorite Barre instructor.  In addition, this month we are able to donate portions of our drop-in proceeds to our cause. So check the schedule every week – check social media every week- you will see some new things added; NEW workshops and NEW pop-ups. Your first one is with me! It’s been forever since I taught… so support me and be patient with me, but know that as you support me, you are also supporting AHA. I will donate proceeds to our cause this month from our drop-ins. Your second Pop-Up is right after Kristin’s Super Sweaty Sunday – Alycia’s Super stretch!! We know that after your first week of Build it By Barre, you may like some extra opportunities to stretch!
