At M.O.M.s Method, we have many goals as we plan for the future. Our owner and founder, Orlee Glazer’s, personal goal was to open her own barre fitness studio in Northwest Indiana, and she accomplished that just last month! One of OUR big goals is to help YOU achieve yours. We enjoy spending time with our clients and talking about goals, how to set them and most importantly how to achieve them. We hope these tips will help motivate you to “Be Your Better Self” and that you share your goals with us so we can all set the barre a little higher!

It is just as easy to form habits of success as it is to form habits of failure
Seven Steps to Succeed:
1. Make a commitment to grow daily. Make it your goal to grow a little every day and it won’t be long before you will begin to see positive results.
2. Value the process; strive for continual improvement.
3. Don’t wait for inspiration. Motivate yourself. But we are here to help!
4. Be willing to sacrifice pleasure for opportunity. Pay now, play later. You will enjoy greater rewards later.
5. Dream big. We don’t have a clue as to what people’s limits are. Go far beyond what seems to be your limitation.
6. Plan your priorities. Manage your time. Every minute you spend planning will save 2 in execution.
