Finally got a little workout in!! This back extens

Finally got a little workout in!! This back extension work is great for posture. I’ve been working with my dancers on this, but I know my Barre Beauties remember this one too. The hardest part is actually engaging your abdominals as you do this. That core engagement is step one. Next, as I pull back or push on the ball, I pull through my lats and the whole side on my body. I feel those side and back muscles engaging and my shoulder blades squeeze together. Try this is at home and comment if you have questions! #techniquetueaday #barreforever #atthebarreandbeyond
