One of my favorite things about M.O.M.S Method is that our small class size means that every person in the room is under the helpful eye of the instructor. Each break you take (before you come back even stronger), each time your legs start shaking during that particularly amazing thigh set, and each time you’re able to hold that perfect plank a little longer- we see it, and we love it. But if you still want even more personalized attention, or if you just don’t feel comfortable with some moves and want to perfect your form, or if you want more modifications to fit your body, then you should try a Private M.O.M.S Method Session.

Designed to work in conjunction with our regular studio class, you can now book 45 minutes of studio time with our Master Instructor, Elizabeth, or with Instructor Rachel (visit our website for more information on these lovely ladies. Read Elizabeth’s bio, and Rachel’s bio).

Your instructor will then work with you to design a specialized M.O.M.S Session just for you, whether you want to work on modifications, stretching or your form, and the next time you take a M.O.M.S group class you will be ready to show off how much you’ve learned!

These lessons are designed to give you the maximum benefit from only a few sessions, so you can get right back into our main studio classes. You can choose from a single session for $65, or a 5 session package for $310. You can also bring a few friends for $55 per person for a single session and $210 for a 5 session package.

3. You only need a few sessions to make a difference! You can purchase a 5 session package at a special discounted price, but you will see improvements in your regular M.O.M.S group class after just 1 Private Session!
