Sample Sunday is Back! Get excited!

February is almost over and with that I am excited about March. I think we all need something to get excited about since we have had an interesting winter. The weather, illness, work, whatever it has been, there have been obstacles that have kept us from our routine, away from our home away from home, away from the studio. These obstacles are good for us; they give us a break, they test us and challenge us to see where we will go. Going in a direction that may be away fro our focus is part of life. It’s there and we have to find the strength to get back on track. Well, I am no different. But it definitely helps to have something to get excited about! I am excited about March which means it’s close to spring time. At the studio, spring means our “Sculpt for Spring Challenge”! Yes, what a blast putting this Barre Bingo together.  You get to learn all the details and sign up for Barre Bingo on Sunday at our famous Barre Progressive. So let me talk about Sunday.  You ask; “what is a barre progressive?”. Well it is our “Sample Sunday”; a sample of our different classes, new classes, and a chance to meet our instructors;  new instructors.  and get a taste of what our studio is like. We will have8 25 minute classes back to back! The most ever. It will definitely be a challenge to take all 8 but you can do it. On top of that we are raising awareness of heart attacks in women through the Go Red For Women Campaign and American Heart Association. A portion of proceeds from apparel and merchandise sales will go to AHA. Lastly, we have a few local vendors coming to join us on Sunday that we personally love. So come join us, try one class or stay for all! See the schedule on line.
