Introducing Share M.O.M.s Love Initiative

On January 14, 2014, M.O.M.s Method opened its doors. We are so thankful for YOU, our clients, for sharing your time, dedication and strong spirit with us and making Mind Over Matter Studio a success!

Now it’s time for us to share that love, so we are proudly introducing the Share M.O.M.s Love Initiative.

Share M.O.M.s Love Initiative is a way for us to give back to you and to our community which has supported us. We have several different parts to our program and it will continue to evolve over time. First, we  would like to give back to you in a time of need.  The M.O.M.s Method team along with your new friends at the studio will help provide meals if you recently had a baby, experienced a loss in your family, injury or any other difficult time. We are here to help you! Also, we are looking into participating in events in the community such as Kelly’s Cure 5K Run & Walk on September 21st  at Sunset Hill farm and the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk on October 19th in Valparaiso,  and we invite you all to join the team!

Mind Over Matter Studio Method is committed to helping women in all stages of life to “be your better self.”  We strive to help you be your better self not only physically, through our M.O.M.s Method studio classes, but also mentally. We encourage you to join us in this effort and give back to your community.
