Why Fashion Show?

For one month of so,  I’ve been getting  tons of boxes delivered with all of the apparel for our Fashion Show. The excitement level just kept building and building, culminating in our Open House Last night.   Normally there is a letdown after such a big event but not for me! I love coming back into the studio after our Annual Fashion Show the next morning and everyone is wearing their new outfits. We all had a blast and really felt the sense of love and community that we have!  So thank you!  But let me jump back to why the Fashion Show  before I say my thank you’s.

Someone had asked me, “Is this Fashion show for a cause or something?”.  Good question. I love doing anything I can for our community, the people,  our pets and environment.  Every month, we have a Share Barre Love Raffle and check-in challenge where $1 goes for a charity for each check-in.  This month your check-ins go to is the local organization, The Caring Place. Next month, we will pick another community organization.  I love all of  your support this month! Thank you.

So back to why the Fashion Show.  No so this event is not for charity.  This Event is for the Barre Beauties that work so hard to achieve their goals; that work so hard to take care of themselves; that work so hard to be role models for others; that work so hard and LOVE THE BURN!  These ladies are amazing!  They are strong, not just physically but also mentally.  They are mothers and daughters; they take care of large and small families; they have many friends from all over;  they have friends from all over the county; they travel for work and juggle all the home life from the road;  they are successful in their professions, from doctors to entrepreneurs.  No matter who they are, together they share that common love of the Burn at the Barre.  This fashion show is MY way to let these ladies know that I appreciate them! I recognize it is not easy. I thank them for committing themselves to working hard, our Barre Family, our studio and to their wellbeing. All of these ladies got the chance to purchase their outfits at wholesale cost, a special treat that they deserve.  We carry some amazing lines, such as from Alo Yoga and Beyond Yoga, and they  deserve an awesome pair of leggings and more!  It is my gesture to them to say thank you! We love you and look forward to next year!

I also want to thank my amazing team for helping to put this evening together.  Our team works hard on themselves too while juggling “Life”.  Even more special  is our team’s commitment to each client, to each class taught, to YOU!

Every single person that walks into our studio is special and I love learning from you, listening to you and I want you to know that I appreciate you!
