All the Choices
To Our Dear Barre Beauties,
With so much information at the click of a button, we can easily get confused and overwhelmed. Maybe I am speaking just for myself, but when I google something, there are so many choices. I am seriously the worst at searching for anything on the internet. The same can be in grocery stores, menus, shopping for anything as simple as backpacks or the best sunscreen. The choices for fitness are abundant as well. The choices are out there so the question is how do we deal with making a decision. How do we know what is the best “diet” or best choice of fitness? I tell you. Sometimes, we just have to go for our gut feeling. Many try this fad diet and then the next. But the reality is, they only last for a short time and then we fall off. Sometimes, its good to do a reset, such as cutting out sugar just to get back on track. But in general, our goal is to find an eating habit that is realistic.; one that is enjoyable and one that keeps us going without feeling deprived. As far as fitness, yes, there are many choices and really they are all good. But just like a diet, it is important to find something for the longevity. Something you can do now and 10 years from now. Yes, sometimes, we have to rest or step outside that comfort zone, but I honestly think that Barre + Beyond is something you can do now, and 10 years form now at least two times a week. It is realistic. It works and it’s safe and effective. So despite all the choices, I just have to take a moment and thank you for choosing us; for choosing Barre + Beyond, our amazing instructors and our friendship. We would not be here without you. Your support allows us to bring more to you. Read below fro our fun Barre Progressives coming up and some fun Friday Night Classes as well!

Barre Progressives are super fun events where you get to sample all of our classes and meet our instructors! It is a great first day but also a great challenge for our VIPS. At this event, you can sign up for our Raise the Barre Fall Challenge, get news on any changes and additions to our schedule as well as score some great deals on fitness fashion.

This Week SURPRISE SATURDAY is BARRE II – An advanced level 35 minute class for 100 Club + Only.BALLROOM BARRE
Last Ballroom Barre is August 9th. Join us and bring a friend- including your male friends! No dance experience required. Just come ready to sweat, move and have fun!


Sign up now!  BFF AT THE BARRE BFF at the Barre is the 4th Friday of the Month. This BFF at the Barre is Bring Your Beau (or not). We are opening the class to men…so if your BFF is a guy, you are allowed to bring him! This will be a fun one!
