MOMs Method Barre Class: Sculpt for Spring Challenge Testimonials

We keep telling you about the great responses we have had from our SCULPT for SPRING challenge, and we are excited to finally share two of our ladies’ stories with you!  We are so proud of Abbey and Claire, who both dedicated themselves to being their best at the barre and truly achieved some amazing results (Abbey was even out of town for some of the challenge)!  At M.O.M.s Method we encourage you to attend barre class at least 3-5 days a week to get the best (and quickest!) results from our classes, and we hope these inspirational stories will show you that when you put your mind over matter you really can become your better self.  With just 3 or more classes a week you will be amazed how quickly you can achieve those long, lean limbs you have been looking for; you will also begin to feel more comfortable with the exercises and the environment, making each class even more effective. And of course, we want to see your smiling faces in our studio as often as possible!

I really enjoyed the Sculpt for Spring experience.  I have found M.O.M.s Method a positive and inviting atmosphere, which has also crafted a great workout that pushes you to be your better self.  I already feel like my core is stronger, and am seeing great results.  What’s nice about this class is that it’s a supportive community, and everyone wants you to do your best.  Everyone seems in it together as they work through the class.  This has helped me want to push myself even further and work harder.  It’s a great workout community for women. – Claire Higgins

 

Abbey Shultz’s SCULPT for SPRING testimonial:

I set a few BIG goals for myself that haven’t yet been reached, but are getting closer! One goal I set was to drop two jean sizes; I dropped one size in that month! I also set a goal to drop lots of inches off total my total body… I have lost 6”!! (Just in the Sculpt for Spring) How I feel after the challenge is like I can conquer anything I put my mind to! Saying that I’ll be there four days a week was a big challenge for my family and me. I made it happen EVERY week and the results show! I am super excited about M.O.M.s Method and what it has done for me and what it still does for me! I look forward to my classes. Oh and doing [the Sculpt for Spring challenge] with the other 11 ladies was a great experience. I love that I have gotten to know them more and can laugh together at stupid things during class. –Abbey Shultz
