Seven Habits to Be You and Be Better

1.  When you wake up in the morning, keep your eyes closed and do one morning stretch. Take a long inhale and exhale. Lastly, tell yourself “Today is going to be a great day.”

2.  Have a glass of water by your bed the night before so that when you wake up, drink the whole glass in the morning.

3.  Give three compliments throughout the day.

4.  Call your loved one just to say I love you.

5.  Put your phone down at dinner.

6.  Plank for one minute every day ( Ie… take a Mind Over Matter Minute Plank)

7.  Before bed, take a deep inhale and deep exhales and say, “I had a great day.”

Print this out and place on your mirror in your bathroom.
