Let's Talk Interval

Here at Mind Over Matter Studio, we get you might start to get bored of  your workout and thus we try to keep you on your toes.  We offer barre +  beyond. Evolving from our M.O.M.s Method, our signature “barre “class, we developed a class called  M.O.M.s Interval.  What is interval? Just take your favorite Barre Moves and add 30 or 40 second interval cardio bursts, to get that heart pumping and extra barre burn you already love. For instance, take your plank that you love holding already and add some mountain climbers to get your heart rate up.  When you google the benefits of interval, you will read that interval training will burn more calories even if you just increase your intensity for those extra 30 seconds. Interval training is also good for your heart. Studies have shown that this workout has better cardiovascular benefits than regular cardio. It will increase endurance and strength as well. But truthfully, all these reasons sound great until you try it. See what your fellow Mind Over Matter Studio ladies were saying after Tuesday 9:45 class;

interval ladies

“It was my first time taking interval. I loved the cardio aspect.”

“LOVE the sweating.” Yes, getting sweaty” said another.

Another first-timer, said she loved being pushed one more notch.  It’s a challenging class, and I personally just love being sore in more places that I never knew existed. There is so much we can do in interval class and we will keep you on your toes!  So if you haven’t tried it,  add it to your routine, join us on Tuesdays at 9:45 or for the workshop this weekend at 9:45. Men, are you ready too? $16 per person or $30 per couple. VIPs can get this workshop is included in your pass.

We promise, you won’t be bored! We will keep you on your toes, and if you want more, let us know. We are always all ears here at Mind Over Matter Studio. We want you to be your better self and we are here to help!

All M.O.M.s Love,

Orlee
