M.O.M.s Method Client Spotlight: Kristin Sheets

Kristin keeps us laughing at M.O.M.s Method, and we couldn’t imagine class without her!  She is hardworking and dedicated to making changes in her body!  We can always count on Kristin to brighten our day and we can’t wait to share her story with you ladies!

 Q. When did you first start taking M.O.M.s Method Classes?

A. I started taking the classes the first week it was open. My Pilates instructor had mentioned it was going to open and then I heard about it on Facebook and knew I wanted to try it.

Q. What got you “hooked” on M.O.M.s Method Classes?

A. The positive vibes!  The instructors are so encouraging but they are also really strict! It’s an amazingly intense workout, but you feel energized when you leave, not tired.  I had been to other workout classes and it always makes you feel like you are just a number, at M.O.M.s they knew my name after the first day! I truly feel like I am a part of something when I come to M.O.M.s! I also hate getting bored in workout classes, and at M.O.M.s you never do the same class twice so it keeps it interesting!

Q. Have you seen changes in your physique?

 A. I have much better posture and a lot of back pain that I was having from previous injuries has completely gone away.  My doctor told me I had to strengthen my core to protect my back and M.O.M.s has helped me to do that!

Q.  How often do you take class?

 A.  I take 3-4 classes a week right now, but want to try to take 5 soon.

Q. Have you ever taken a barre class before M.O.M.s?

A. No, and I had no clue what it was.  I had taken Pilates before, and my instructor told me that barre class would be similar, but I was not expecting this fun upbeat environment.  It was a pleasant surprise after my first class, and I knew that I loved it from the first time! I tell the girls all the time how in love I am with them, and with M.O.M.s barre classes!

Q. Do you have any goals set for yourself in class?

A. Yep!  Doing push-ups with out my knees down (though it is so awesome that we have that option until we get stronger), and not to take as many breaks when we are doing chair on the barre.  That one is killer!

Congratulations to Kristin (aka our blue pants model!) for working so hard in class everyday!! We always knew she could do it, and we have loved her from the start!  Thank you Kristin for supporting us and being such a fun part of our group.  It’s our clients who help make us who we are!!
