M.O.M.s Method is still raising the Barre in NWI fitness!
“Before class begins you can drop off your personal belongings in our secured closet, find a spot in our cozy studio (you will see mats and bands at each spot) drop your water bottle and go get 1 lb, 3 lb, or even 5lb weights from the pink shelf. The weights are YOUR choice! We recommend two different sets of weights but YOU select the poundage. We have created an inspiring, non-competitive group exercise environment, a place for you to better yourself! Our MAIN focus will ALWAYS be to help you get what you want out of class. It’s your time to set your individual goals and practice MIND OVER MATTER! Your goals are unique to you whether you want to accomplish something specific such as finishing 4 real push-ups or general like coming to class 5 days a week. Remember, this is your time, your workout, your life. It doesn’t matter what your fellow classmates are doing. This is for YOU and we are here to help you accomplish your goals”
It’s been over 1 year, yes, OVER 1 YEAR since M.O.M.s Method’s Grand Opening Celebration when we introduced NWI to the newest craze in the fitness world through M.O.M.s signature Barre style workout, M.O.M.s Method. M.O.M.s Method is a workout designed for women of every age and fitness level, and combines the best from Ballet, Pilates and Stretch Conditioning.
We started with just 6 classes on our weekly schedule all taught by Orlee and Elizabeth, and after just one year we have 18 classes a week, including Pilates and Stretching, and 3 new instructors.
But one thing that hasn’t changed (and never will!) is our focus on you, on helping you “Be Your Better Self” and helping you accomplish your own unique fitness goals. So since our focus is YOU it’s only right that we hear from you about why you love the barre and the burn at M.O.M.s Method so much!
