What we believe- We will receive

Do you ever feel like you are not in the flow the way you should be? Perhaps you keep losing your phone, or tripping and falling? Spilling when you never spill? More unusually forgetful? More on edge? When we are not in a good flow, these things happen. Also, I find myself more controlling, manipulating, speaking quickly and not thinking thoughtfully. The goal is to have the right flow but the question is what can we do to change it. For example, I notice that I when I say to myself, “I have so much to do and no time” and then it really happens… “I have so much to do and no time”. Or you say, “nobody is loving me or showing me support!” And then even if it wasn’t true, we say it enough, it becomes true?i am talking about the power of our mind. When we keep saying one thing, even if it weren’t true, it becomes truth. “What we believe, we will receive.” The negative thoughts will come true. Same goes with the positive. So today, say
“I am done with the… (negative thought) “I have plenty of time to have some downtime and read” “I am loved and successful”
Here is my list for you and me!

  1. Commit to feeling good! Start today with the commitment that you will change and feel good.
  2. Recognize when you are not on track and that your thoughts are not right. It’s okay to not be perfect and make mistakes. Say , yes, I made a mistake but I committed now.
  3. Forgive the thoughts. forgive yourself and realize you are human. We all have said the negative thing…I am tired..I am so fat, I am so ugly.
  4. Make a choice and shift your story. it is time to stop the negative talk. Change what you say to yourself and to those around you. Say the positive thought.
  5. Your story will come true! Yes, your positive thought will come true when you keep telling yourself the positive!
